• Unused, Engraved or Personalized Boards: Eligible for a 75% refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our high standards.

Our Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any defects or issues related to production, including but not limited to:

• Chips, cracks, or deep scratches present before use

• Paint or finish peeling prior to use

• Laser engraving errors (such as typos or incorrect designs)

• Structural issues caused during the manufacturing process

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture, or modifications made after delivery.

If you notice any concerns with your product upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Photographs of the affected area(s) are appreciated and help us assess and resolve the issue promptly.
