We do not mass-produce or pre-make batches—every product is crafted fresh for you (hot off the laser, you might say!).

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused Cutting/Charcuterie Boards: Eligible for a 100% refund.
- Unused, Engraved or Personalized Boards: Eligible for a 75% refund.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our high standards.
Our Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any defects or issues related to production, including but not limited to:
• Chips, cracks, or deep scratches present before use
• Paint or finish peeling prior to use
• Laser engraving errors (such as typos or incorrect designs)
• Structural issues caused during the manufacturing process
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture, or modifications made after delivery.
If you notice any concerns with your product upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Photographs of the affected area(s) are appreciated and help us assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Our Standard Cutting Boards are thoughtfully handcrafted using locally sourced, high-quality hardwoods, including Walnut, Cherry, and Maple. Each board is designed to bring both beauty and practicality to your kitchen, offering a durable, knife-friendly surface that’s perfect for everyday use. Whether you’re chopping fresh ingredients, serving charcuterie, or displaying it as part of your kitchen decor, our boards are made to impress and built to last.
Customization options allow you to make each board truly your own. Choose your preferred size — small, medium, or large— and add a personal touch with custom laser engraving or other requests. Please Be sure to check "No Thank you!" if you DO NOT wish to include a Juice Groove to your board.
